In many ancestral cultures, the full moon represents a time of gratitude as it is a beautiful reminder that light conquers darkness.
Too often, we’re focused on what we feel we lack, instead of recognizing and appreciating what we already have. The full moon provides us an opportunity to be mindful of the present moment and honor the endless blessings we continuously receive.
As we welcome the full moon in a few days (August 3), we invite you to join us in a moment of gratitude. The wonderful thing about practicing mindful gratitude during the full moon is that its powerful energy raises our vibration and amplifies our positive feelings, both of which help us manifest even more love, abundance and growth into our lives.
Here's how to do it:
1. Take a piece of paper and make a list of everything you are thankful for.
2. Fold it, close your eyes, and say a quiet and sincere prayer of gratitude.
3. Find a stable surface outside your home (if not possible, you may use a table beside a window). Place the list on your chosen surface with any Quartz crystal you own on top of it. This helps magnify the good energy flowing through your list.
3. Leave them overnight, then gently remove and keep them inside just a little after sunrise to avoid crystal discoloration from prolonged sun exposure.⛅️✨
