Guaranteeing the authenticity of our gemstones has been a top priority since we started out in 1999, and to this day, we take stringent measures to ensure that the specimen we source our gemstones from are 100% genuine. We can also provide a guarantee of authenticity from our company upon request.
Our gemstones are sourced from our trusted suppliers from all over the world. We endeavor to carry a range of gemstones, from good quality to the best of the best. Many of our gems and crystals come from Brazil, South Africa, Madagascar, to name a few.
All of our gemstone jewelry is designed with love by our in-house creative director, and assembled and executed in our studio here in Manila. From stranding, knotting, and lanyard work - most of our jewelry is proudly made in-house. All silver pieces are set in either Italy or Turkey.
Of course! Every crystal has been through quite a journey, so we will always cleanse and charge your new gemstones before packing them and shipping them to you. This ensures that they're ready to be programmed for any intention you would like to manifest.
Of course! We offer lifetime repairs and we'd be more than happy to accommodate requests to repair your Gaea pieces. Repair prices vary depending on the scope of the repair. It takes more than a cursory glance to certify the authenticity of a gemstone. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of gemstones that don’t come from us simply by looking at it.
Not all imitation gemstones are created equal. Sometimes, it is easy to tell if a certain material is synthetic. However, due to the advancements in technology, there are some man-made materials that come very close to the authentic ones. People commonly use temperature to determine whether a gemstone is real or fake, but even fake gemstones, like colored glass, can appear cold to the touch.
The best way to determine whether your crystals are real is still to get them tested in a lab.
Care for your gemstones as you would any item you cherish - with a lot of love and care. After each use, wipe them with a soft cotton cloth and store them in the provided pouch. For a more comprehensive guide, please see our guide to caring for your gemstones.

There are many ways you can cleanse your Gaea crystals at home. Using water, sage, sunlight, or moonlight are some of the ways you can keep your crystals humming with good energy. Please see our guide to cleansing your crystals.
To order, simply log-in your account or check out as a guest. You can add the items you want to your bag and place an order by checking out. We accept payments via credit card or Paypal. Once payment is confirmed within 24 hours, we will cleanse, process, and ship your package to you.
Once an order is placed, we endeavor to process and prepare your package in the next 24-48 hours. Most of the time, we even ship them out on the same day! For orders with pending or unsettled payments, simply inform us of the cancellation. For orders that have been fully paid using Paypal, please inform us as soon as you can.
Please note that once an item has shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you wish to return your item/s, you are welcome to return them for store credit and ship it back to us or drop it off at our store in Glorietta 4. For more information, please see our return policy.

As of the moment, we are unable to accept custom orders, but we accept requests to resize your Gaea pieces so they can fit better. Send us an email at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do.
Payment & Delivery
For online orders, we accept Paypal, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank deposit (BPI/Metrobank) and remittance (LBC/Palawan). For orders in-store, we accept cash, credit (Visa and Mastercard), and debit cards. For Metrobank and BPI cardholders, we are pleased to offer 3 months 0% installment for orders Php 6,000 and above.
All online payments, whether via Paypal or credit card, are securely processed via Paypal for that added layer of security (no Paypal account needed).
For bank deposit and remittance payments, kindly email us a photo of your deposit/transaction slip within 2 business days from the date you placed your order. To do so, simply reply to the order confirmation sent to your email.
In-store, yes. For Metrobank and BPI cardholders, we offer a 0% interest, 3-month installment plan for purchases amounting to Php 6,000 and above.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they're placed. For local orders, shipping via LBC usually takes 1-2 business days within Metro Manila, and 2-3 business days for North and South Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao. For international orders, express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping via LBC Express is FREE within the Philippines for orders Php 5,000 and above. Order processing time is 1-2 business days.

Express Shipping (Metro Manila)
Customers within Metro Manila may also avail of express shipping via GrabExpress / Lalamove upon checkout within Metro Manila. All orders placed before 12:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day.
Shipping fee will depend on the fare upon booking, which will be shouldered by the customer. The fare may be settled with the courier directly once the package is delivered. Kindly note that all express deliveries are subject to an additional handling fee of Php 100 (charged upon checkout) for prioritized order processing.

Shipping takes 1-2 business days as soon as the parcel is dispatched. International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. Please check with your local post office before placing an order.
Tip: Generally, a package weighing 1 kg fits up to 10 bracelets, so most shipments fall under the 1 kg and below shipping rate.

Returns / Exchanges
Yes! We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days for items that are defective/damaged upon purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition with the tags and packaging intact.
All returns are subject to approval. To initiate a return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “RETURN/EXCHANGE” including photos/videos of the damaged item/s.
Once a return/exchange is approved, you may send the faulty item/s back to us. Kindly note that Gaea reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are not in their original condition upon further inspection.
Please be advised that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes that your parcel may have incurred upon delivery are also non-refundable through Gaea. However, you may attempt to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
